The manager, Ruth has been with the company since October 2014 and holds NVQ level 3 in Childcare and Education and has been awarded Level 2 in Team Leading and Level 3 in Management. With a wealth of experience, Ruth is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for everyone within the nursery.

Our carefully selected team of staff hold a wealth of qualifications and experience and are committed to providing your child with a safe and welcoming environment in which they can explore and learn.

Every member of our staff team undergoes a range of suitability checks including a disclosure and barring check which is reviewed on a regular basis.

We understand that entrusting your child with someone else is of paramount concern and it is vital that you as parents feel confident that your child's safety and welfare will be fulfilled by the people who are looking after them.

Within each room, your child will be appointed to a designated key person who will be responsible for settling your child into their new environment and supporting them with their personal development. During their time in the room, your child's key person will continually collect evidence which demonstrates their development and is shared with you as parents on a regular basis.
