Partnership with Parents

We welcome our parents as partners and encourage your participation within nursery life to create the best possible outcomes for your child.

Our key worker system is there to provide you as a parent with the feeling of continuity for your child's care, as well as throughout their developmental milestones.

Members of staff caring for your child will provide you with verbal feedback every day and for the younger children a written account will also be recorded. Regular parents evenings are also arranged to give you the opportunity to discuss your child's progress with their key worker.

We value any suggestions you may have for the nursery and encourage you to share these with us through our suggestion box or parent's questionnaire.

I would like to take this opprtunity to thank you and the nursery team for the amazing experiences xxxx has had over the past year at Ministeps Nursery. xxxxx has gained a lot of confidence, developed brilliantly through the developmental stages and we have been so pleased with his progress in all areas. He has improved his social skills, writing his full name, writing letters/numbers and drawing brilliant pictures everyday. xxxxx has also begun to read at home very well too and will constantly ask what written words say.
